Josh, as our Executive Director, serves your group by ensuring that our staff all have the same goal in mind: providing the best retreat experience for your group! You may find Josh serving alongside his staff or in meetings that focus on enhancing your camp experience.

Guest Experience Coordinator-Reservations Lead

As our Guest Experience Coordinator, Rebekah will help you find the perfect dates, help you pick team-building games led by our staff, or coordinate any special events you may have in mind for your group!

Caroline ensures that you get to focus on growing closer to your group without worrying about additional last-minute details. From making sure you have everything you need to leading team-building activities, Caroline is here to serve your group!

Facilities Coordinator

Meet Morgan Riley, our Maintenance Technician. Whether operating a backhoe, repairing a waterline, servicing a vehicle, or fixing a roof, Morgan's versatility knows no bounds. His enormous heart for guest care ensures that whatever the need, Morgan will be there, dedicated to making your experience exceptional.

Housekeeping Coordinator

Holly serves your group by keeping camp clean and comfortable! She is responsible for coordinating our Housekeeping team and maintaining a high standard for our cleaning services. We are so thankful for Holly's attention to detail and heart for serving others!

Camp Director

From coordinating our Guest Experience team to checking in with you during your stay, Andrew's goal as our Camp Director is to give your group a chance to grow and connect without distractions!

ASHBY STOUDENMIRE

Guest Experience Manager

As part of our Guest Experience team, Ashby is here to help your group with whatever you need while on site! From setting up bonfires to helping you navigate camp, Ashby aims to make your stay as easy as possible!

HARRY STEVENSON

Leader Care Coordinator

Harry's role as our Leader Care Coordinator focuses on building relationships with our Summer Camp leaders that last beyond a session. Being a ministry leader or volunteer is not always an easy job which is why Harry continues to connect with our leaders additional support throughout the year!

KLYN CARR

Director of Facilities

Meet Klyn Carr, our Director of Facilities. Klyn leads our facilities team and cares for the camp grounds to ensure everything is ready for each group that comes through. We’re so grateful for the way he faithfully serves behind the scenes to make Look Up Lodge a place people love to be.

NOAH WHITMIRE

Food Service Coordinator

Noah oversees every aspect of our food service department, from managing and scheduling staff to planning and serving delicious meals for our guests. He is a valuable part of our team, bringing care, leadership, and consistency to the Lodge both in and out of the kitchen.

Camp Manager

In Zack's role as Camp Manager, he helps to create an excellent experience for every group that comes through camp. He supports guest experience, facilities, and program execution, while also investing in leader care by building relationships and helping guests feel known and cared for. We’re thankful for the way Zack serves our team and each guest at Look Up Lodge.
